Return Policy

  • Eligibility: You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with tags still attached. Please ensure the items are in their original packaging.
  • Exclusions: We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personalized/customized products.

How to Return an Item

  1. Request a Return: To initiate a return, please email us at info@seektoinspire.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for returning your items.
  3. Packaging: Please securely pack the items in their original packaging or similar protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Make sure to include the RA number on the return package.
  4. Shipping: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item was defective or an error occurred in processing your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
